WICHITA, KAN. — Goodwill Industries of Kansas celebrated a significant milestone for one our long-standing employees. Carman Carpenter, a processor at the Broadway Goodwill celebrated her 40-year anniversary with the organization on Friday, April 7, 2023. To mark this remarkable achievement, Carman was honored with a special luncheon ceremony that will take place at her “office” located at 5025 S. Broadway St. in Wichita, Kansas.
Throughout the past four decades, Carman has been a consistent face of the organization’s retail operations and has played a crucial role in its continued success. Carman has consistently demonstrated her commitment to Goodwill, and her unwavering dedication has been a shining example for all employees. “If you are a team and you work together, things go well. We are a team here. This is my family. I have two families, Goodwill and my regular family!” Carpenter said.
