We accept vehicles in all conditions, including cars, trucks, vans, SUVs, boats, motorcycles, airplanes, RVs and sports vehicles.

Goodwill Industries is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which means that you can deduct the fair market value of all material donations you make to us from your federal income taxes. It is up to you to assign a value to your donations. Fair market value is considered to be the price a willing, informed buyer would pay for an item.

Gray Willow Fashion Exchange is a seasonal pop-up consignment store. It accepts high-quality, gently-used men’s and women’s clothing, accessories, shoes, purses, costume jewelry and home decor. Learn more about consigning and watch for upcoming sales. If your items don’t sell, you have the option to donate them to Goodwill.

Goodwill Industries does not a have a home pick-up service. We do have several stores located conveniently around the area for you to drop off your donations. Many times your church, neighbor or friend can deliver the items for you, if you don’t have transportation. Special arrangements can be made for commercial state sales*.
We have our trucks out daily, so if you have some large furniture items and no way to deliver them to our store, we can make arrangements to pick them up on one of our truck routes. The truck routes are in the Wichita area including some select local towns (Derby, Andover, etc). Furniture must be in good resalable condition with no stains, breaks, rips, missing parts, weathering, animal hair or excessive wear. Our drivers cannot enter your home so your furniture donation must be placed on the driveway or curb.
The average time to schedule a home pick up from one of our truck routes is typically two weeks. Goodwill’s Dispatcher will place you on the scheduled day for either an afternoon or morning pickup, and then call you approximately an hour before time. Because of the costs associated with driving a large truck around the city, and the high volume of cancellations, if there is no answer when the phone call is made, the truck will not come by for a pick-up. If you miss your pick-up time, you will need to call Goodwill to have the pick-up re-scheduled, if so desired.
*Large volumes of donations (whole households, commercial accounts, etc) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
