Donation Station

Our Goodwill Donation Station can be reserved free of charge. We’ll bring the Donation Station to you, park and secure the Donation Station, and you’ll have three days to fill it with gently used clothing, shoes, housewares, books, small furniture, and more! It’s convenient, reduces clutter, and supports Goodwill programs and services.

Currently, this service is only available in Sedgwick County.

We’ve also partnered with ReSupply to provide convenient home pickups for larger items. There is a fee for this service. Click here to schedule your ReSupply pick up.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Donation Station is designed to collect large quantities of items, such as a neighborhood drive, large home cleanout, or a small business move. A good rule of thumb: if your donation could fit in two or fewer carloads to your nearest Goodwill, the Mobile Donation Center is not the right option.

For smaller pickups, including a few pieces of furniture, please contact ReSupply to schedule a convenient home pickup.

Load the heaviest items first and in the front of the trailer. Load lightest items last and to the rear. Items may be stacked to the ceiling. Be sure the side and back doors are closed and latched securely.

The Donation Station can be reserved for three days at a time.

Our Donation Station trailers are 7’ wide x 16’ long.

At the scheduled drop-off time, within a two-hour window, a Goodwill representative will arrive at your home or business to securely place the trailer at an acceptable and safe location.

The Goodwill representative will secure the wheels and the unit is to remain stationary throughout the duration of the reservation, which is three days. The donor is responsible for the security of all items placed into the unit.

As a good rule of thumb, place items in the Donation Station that you would give to a friend. We accept small appliances in good working condition, housewares and decor, toys and books, clean linens and blankets, and gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories.
