We are now accepting consignors and the store will open September 1, 2017.

Gray Willow supports Goodwill’s job training and education programs for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment.

Consignor Options

Gray Willow Fashion Exchange accepts high-quality, gently-used women’s and men’s clothing, accessories, shoes, purses, costume jewelry and small home décor items. Please refer to our list of accepted brands below.

All Consignors are required to acknowledge and agree to Gray Willow Fashion Exchange’s Terms and Conditions during registration. Consignors will be able to log in to the website and view their current sales; however, this reflects the total sale (not the seller commission).

Gray Willow Fashion Exchange will provide all hangers and price tags for Consignors.  Volunteers not needed.

  • Standard Consignor
    • $10.00 Consignor fee will be collected at time of drop-off. Consignor will be charged an additional $10.00 each calendar month they choose to consign new items.
      • Example: A consignor drops off on October 1. A $10 fee is charged. The consignor drops off additional items later in the same month with no additional fees.
    • Unsold items will be available for consignor pick-up after 60 days.
    • Consignor will receive 50% of their sales.
    • Must register as a consignor on our site: Returning Consignors | New Consignors
    • Enter your items on the site, set your own prices, and print your inventory sheet. No need to print tags.
    • Drop off steamed/pressed items to the event location, along with a printed inventory sheet on the specified drop off date(s).
    • Gray Willow Fashion Exchange Associates will print your tags.
    • Newly consigned items may take up to 48 hours to appear on the sales floor.
  • VIP Consignor

    Short on time? Then this is the option for you!

    • $10.00 Consignor fee will be collected at time of drop-off. Consignor will be charged an additional $10.00 each calendar month they choose to consign new items.
      • Example: A consignor drops off on October 1. A $10 fee is charged. The consignor drops off additional items later in the same month with no additional fees.
    • Unsold items will be available for consignor pick-up after 60 days.

  • What are your quality standards for consignment items?

    When inspecting your items for quality, please pay close attention to shirt collars, under arms, cuffs, and hem/stitch lines.  Items should be clean, free of debris, and steamed/pressed.  If you are unable to steam/press your items, or would prefer we provide this service, please refer to our VIP Package Information.  Please check all pockets prior to bringing your items to the sale.

    All items should be completely free of the following:

  • How do I register?

    Registration is fast and easy.

    Returning consignors: sign in to your existing account and start entering items.

    New consignors: Start at the New Consignor Registration Page. Once you have entered your name, address, and email, you will be asked to create a password. Upon successful registration, you will have a user name, consignor id# and secure password.

    Consignors will have to acknowledge and agree to abide by Gray Willow Fashion Exchange’s Terms and Conditions.

  • What's the procedure for entering my items?

    Standard Consignor
    Once you have created your account, log in securely to enter the items you wish to consign into inventory.  You will enter various details about your items including a price. Each item will be assigned an inventory number. Gray Willow Fashion Exchange is not responsible for pricing any items consigned. If you need help pricing your items, please refer to the pricing tips information below or sign up as a VIP Consignor. Once all of your items are entered, follow the prompts to print your inventory sheet to bring with you to Consignor Drop-Off.

    VIP Consignors
    If you choose to select the VIP Option (40/60), you will need to create an account (unless you are a past consignor) and provide a list of items with prices at drop-off. Gray Willow Fashion Exchange Associates will enter your items online for you.

  • Do you have any tips on how to price my items?

    If you are pricing your own items, we suggest you follow these guidelines:

    • New clothing with tags: 50% of original ticketed price
    • Like new clothing without tags: 40% of original value
  • What are the drop-off procedures?

    All consignors need to be registered on the website prior to drop off regardless of which Consignor Option is chosen. Consignors are encouraged to set up an appointment for drop off which can be easily done when logged into your consignor account. The dates and times available should appear in a drop down box. This will ensure a fast drop-off of items. A Gray Willow Fashion Exchange Associate will inventory your items to ensure accuracy.

    Consignors using our standard consignment option (50/50) will bring their inventory sheet and clean, steamed/pressed items to Gray Willow Fashion Exchange, located near the food court in Towne West Square, during drop-off hours. The items will be checked in by a Gray Willow Fashion Exchange associate who will print tags for the merchandise.

    Consignors utilizing our VIP consignment option (40/60) need to bring their items with handwritten inventory list/prices to Gray Willow Fashion Exchange, located near the food court in Towne West Square, during drop-off hours.  The items will be checked in by a Gray Willow Fashion Exchange associate.  The associate will enter your inventory online, steam/press, hang and tag the items to prepare them for the sale.

    Goodwill and Gray Willow Fashion Exchange do not assume responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items.

  • What are the pick-up procedures?

    After 60 days on the sales floor, consignors will be able to pick up their unsold items or choose to donate their unsold items to charity.  Gray Willow Associates will gather all items, and they will be available for pick-up.  All unclaimed items will be donated to charity.

  • How do I get paid for the items that sold?

    Gray Willow Fashion Exchange will mail checks to consignors monthly.  Please make sure that all contact information and addresses are up to date on the website so checks are mailed to current and accurate addresses.

  • How do I monitor the sale of my items and find how much I have made?

    Log in to your Consignor account. When items sell, your portal will automatically update. The amount shown is 100% of the sale price. If you registered as a Standard Consignor, you will receive 50% of your total. If you registered as a VIP Consignor, you will receive 40% of your total.

  • Will there be sales or discounts on the merchandise?

    Select items will be sold at 50% off on the final weekend of each month. Items that have been on the sales floor for 14 calendar days or less will be excluded from the sale.

  • What are your return and refund policies?

    All items are sold As Is. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. Gray Willow Fashion Exchange has set quality guidelines for items being consigned; however, there may be damage unseen by seller.

  • Will you authenticate items in the sale?

    Gray Willow Fashion Exchange has set quality and brand guidelines for items being consigned; however, authentication for the brands sold will not be provided.  All items are sold As Is.

  • Is my Goodwill Preferred Customer Card/voucher/gift certificate valid at this sale?

    No, Goodwill Preferred Customer Cards, merchandise vouchers and gift certificates may only be used at Goodwill Industries of Kansas stores. They are not to be used at Gray Willow Fashion Exchange, Bluetique or for online sales.

Proceeds from Gray Willow Fashion Exchange will support Goodwill programs to provide job training and education opportunities to people with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
