The Goodwill Industries of Kansas reentry program, NexStep Unlocked, helps individuals exiting the criminal justice system by providing educational opportunities in a structured and supportive environment. The success of the program in giving individuals a chance to maintain their freedom will be further propelled in its efforts thanks to a generous grant from Bank of America.
Bank of America has long been committed to advancing economic opportunity in our community and with its support, NexStep Unlocked will be able to help even more individuals in the coming year. Individuals like Cody and Jeremiah who both completed the program this last May. These two earned their fast-track welding certificates from WSU Tech and their High School Diploma through NexStep Alliance all within the span of six weeks!
