Hello, fellow Goodwill lovers! I hope you are having a beautiful June! We recently made a move out to the country and the rain has been… “exciting” out here. It DOES turn everything the prettiest shades of green though, so I guess there is always a sunny side!
This month, another “sunny side” was finding some great looks for my husband Caleb at Goodwill! He is pretty tough to shop for, so I’m always excited when I can put together looks that he loves.
The first outfit was a super soft, fitted men’s tee by Mossimo, a pair of khaki shorts by Z.A.K. and a great looking pair of men’s TOMS loafers. Caleb loved this look because the fit was so great. The TOMS were my favorite part of this look and were a great find at $7.99. These can retail for close to $100! They were in new condition and have been one of Caleb’s favorite pairs of shoes.
The next look we put together adds just one piece and changes our first look from casual to dressy. I love shopping for men’s dress shirts at Goodwill because you can save so much money! This fitted cotton blend shirt was an easy addition to the khaki shorts and TOMS.
Our third look was a little bit of a stretch for Caleb because of the color. He’s never been a fan of green, but he loved the cut of this casual tee, so I convinced him to give it a go! And it was a winner! We paired this look with some slim fit jeans by Goodfellow & Co., and the look was finished.
So, if you have a man that’s hard to shop for, try Goodwill first! There’s always a great find waiting for you, and you’re guaranteed to save money. Happy shopping!
