Happy November! I love the holidays so much. Goodwill does such an excellent job of helping me save my cash for gift giving while looking great for all those family parties. This month, I shopped the stores for some warm fall looks.
My first outfit is fashion forward and comfy at the same time. I picked up this poncho because I loved the colors and fabric . It’s originally from Saks Fifth Avenue. Win! I paired it with a white thermal, skinny jeans and some suede boots to finish the look. I found these AND a second pair of great boots this month at Goodwill. Together, both cost me less than $30! That’s less than the retail price of one of pair!
My next look started with a cozy cardigan by Vera Wang. I loved this one because it has just a little bit of sparkle, but not too much. I decided to belt it at the waist (tip: if wearing something bulky, belting it can stop you from getting lost in the bulky shape). I paired it with skinny jeans, tall boots and turquoise earrings.
My final look was a little dressier. It began with a turtleneck in a navy color that I LOVE, made by Gibson. One thing I like about this sweater is the loose fit. I’m already planning on wearing this one to Thanksgiving Dinner so I can overeat without anyone knowing! Ha! I paired this top with some teardrop gold earrings and a sparkly cuff.
These were such fun looks to shop for this month! On a side note, Goodwill is a great place to look for scarves. I have found some of my favorite fall scarves at Goodwill for just $2-$3!
Happy Thanksgiving, happy fall and happy shopping!
