Colorful Springtime Kids’ Looks

image description

Well, March blew in like a lion in Kansas! So get out of the unpredictable Kansas weather and come shop at Goodwill! This month, I wanted to show off some great children’s clothing finds. They are such a great example of how to dress your kids for less from Goodwill. I have found SUCH great stuff for my kids when shopping at Goodwill! Nike shoes, top brand-name clothing, and an endless supply of jeans and shorts. This month, I put together some bright, colorful springtime looks for each of my kids – and found some great pieces that could even work for Easter, if you need to find a special outfit for the holiday.

Lucy is my littlest girlie. For her, I found this adorable mouse sweater – complete with a curly tail detail on the back. I love pairing this sweater with tights or leggings for those still-chilly, blustery days of spring. We paired the top with a fun little straw hat, and Lucy’s little curls pull the look together. The sweater is originally from Gymboree. I got it for $1.49. The hat was only $.99!

My handsome Henry looked so trendy in this printed t-shirt! I love t-shirts like this for my boys because they are casual, yet can be easily dressed up with some nice pants or shorts. Speaking of shorts, NOW is the time to shop for summer shorts! I found this pair for Henry and FIVE pairs for my older son Charlie, all for $1.49 each! Save yourself some summer cash for the pool and go through the kids section now!

Livia is my girlie girl. I love finding cute dresses for her at Goodwill,  just as much as she loves wearing them! The bright flower-print dresses are originally from Gymboree and the navy dress is from Target – all of them were just $1.49 each! My favorite of the bunch is the navy one – you just can’t go wrong with airy, flowy dresses in the springtime. These dresses would also be a perfect Easter look!

My oldest (and silliest) one is Charlie. For him I paired a collared, short-sleeve cotton dress shirt with some casual (but also dressy!) shorts. He ALWAYS fights me about dressing up, but looks like this are a good compromise because he’s comfortable and also a little bit dressy. Both the top and the shorts were just $1.49 each!

In case you haven’t noticed yet – most of the kid’s clothes are just $1.49. Shop the Color of the Week tags and you can take 50% off too.  If you have growing kids, Goodwill will save you so much money! Just make a habit of shopping Goodwill first for your clothing needs. I know you won’t be disappointed!
